The Blend Centre celebrates its 10th anniversary

The Blend Centre is set to celebrate its tenth anniversary next month with a special wellbeing event.

Located in Sale town, the centre is the ideal place for talking therapies, meetings, freelance working and other wellbeing activities. Local psychotherapists, counsellors and business owners have now been using the facilities in this tranquil space for a decade, a milestone that Carol Nesbitt, founder of the centre, wants to commemorate.

Carol, a fully qualified psychotherapist and NLP Practitioner, opened The Blend Centre in 2013 as a base to run her own therapy sessions closer to home following months of travelling the UK delivering workshops and coaching.

“I opened the centre having followed a dream of mine to have a safe, comfortable space to run workshops, see clients and provide a wellbeing hub for others to use, while also being able to be close to my family,” Carol says.

She describes her anniversary event as a “warm and fuzzy birthday party” insisting that the event “is all about making you feel good.

"There'll be something for the mind, body and soul with various activities aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation and connection."

Carol continued, "Self-care activities such as laughter yoga, reiki and calming meditation sessions will be taking place and to keep the celebration going, I will be providing a light lunch and selection of drinks and other refreshments for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.”

The Blend Birthday Bash takes place on Friday 22 September, 10am-2pm.
