A look inside: Rack, Sale’s new sandwich shop

The team behind Rack, the popular breakfast and sandwich shop, has opened its Sale venue today (27 June) on School Road.

Rack announced their expansion into M33 last month and has managed to convert the previously abandoned first-floor location in Sale town centre into a welcoming, clean cafe space.

If you love sandwiches, Rack is sure to become your go-to place. Initially launching from a mobile van in 2018, it opened its first permanent place in Stockport in 2021 and has since garnered plenty of positive reviews. Some M33 locals will also recognise Rack as previous traders at Sale FoodHall (RIP).

Rack’s offering in Sale serves up coffee, breakfast, sandwiches and all-day brunch dishes – take a look at the menu:

The menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan options and they are promising plenty of gluten-free dishes too. A takeaway menu is also available.

We’re as much of a sucker for brunch as the next person and couldn’t wait to have a nosey inside, so we went along to Rack in Sale on the opening day to take a look.
