Refunds and Disputes

This policy notice sets out the ways in which Ambition Is Good Ltd, company number 09704493, (operating as Life in Sale) handles refunds and disputes.

Refund Eligibility

We aim to provide high-quality advertising services to our customers. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to deliver the advertising service as agreed in the customer’s order.

  • Proven technical issues on our part that significantly impacted the effectiveness of the advertising campaign.

Refund requests outside these criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email sales@lifeinsale.com within 14 days of the service start date, providing:

  • Your order details.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Supporting evidence, such as screenshots or correspondence.

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.

Limitations and Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer error, such as providing incorrect information for the advertisement.

  • Dissatisfaction with results, provided we delivered the service as agreed.

  • Services that have already been fully delivered as per the order.

Compliance with UK Law

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK legislation. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

Ambition is Good Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the Life In Sale website.
